Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li><li>
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or project-based environment.</li><li>
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.</li><li>
Experience working with project management software such as JIRA.</li><li>
Experience working on projects involving cloud solutions; familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or UKG is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><b>
