 Act as a key interface between purchasing, project management, production, warehouse, logistics, and quality teams.
 
 
 Ensure timely information flow regarding material status and supply chain risks.
 
 
 Contribute to process development and supply chain improvement activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Reporting &amp; Documentation
 
 
 Prepare regular reports on stock status, open orders, delayed deliveries, cost reduction progress, and supply chain KPIs.
 
 
 Maintain supplier documentation and evaluation records.
 
 
 Support internal and external audits with accurate supply chain documentation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 Minimum 2&ndash;3 years experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement operations
 
 
 Experience in project-based manufacturing, preferably automation, machinery, or robotics industries.
 
 
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Logo, Netsis, MS Dynamics, or equivalent)
 
 
 Supplier management and cost reduction project experience preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, or related fields)
