Job Summary: We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officers to join our project team in Oman. The successful candidates will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end procurement process, with a strong focus on design &amp; construction consultancy services and various infrastructure project requirements. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management within complex project environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to contract close-out for materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Source, pre-qualify, and evaluate vendors for design &amp; construction consultancy services, alongside a wide range of infrastructure project needs.</li><li>Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders; analyze bids; and conduct negotiations to achieve optimal terms and value for money.</li><li>Draft, review, administer, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, company policies, and project specifications.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, specifications, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and supply chain optimizations without compromising quality or project timelines.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, resolve disputes, and ensure a streamlined supply chain process.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all relevant procurement policies, procedures, ethical standards, and local regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related business-oriented field.
