 How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

 Carry out all the activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts, in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements and with Corporate/Company policies and standards and work instructions

 Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request

 Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the commercial/economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the commercial/economic negotiation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the purchase or der/subcontract based on standard General Purchase Terms and Conditions and Project Special
 </li>
 <li>
 Purchase Conditions, if any, and managing possible deviations
 </li>
 <li>
 Close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor and informing the unsuccessful vendors about negative result of their bid
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and negotiate, if necessary, purchase order/subcontract revisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools
 </li>

 Check and comment on the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requisition and Technical Evaluation

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
 
 
  Order and procure aviation spare parts and goods. Participate in technical and financial evaluations of items required, vendor correspondence and contract preparation.
 
 
  Coordinate with the stores and the engineering departments to maintain optimum level of inventory based on review of issues and below minimum reports on a regular basis
 
 
  Repair Order Management - follow up with the repair agency for completing the job and return the component to GHC at the earliest. Work towards reducing the turnaround time.
 
 
  Participate in the development of procurement policies and procedures based on the effective procurement policy of GHC&rsquo;s business needs and any relevant external regulations.
 
 
  Prepare and maintain the preferred vendors&rsquo; lists to ensure that goods are procured from the best offer providers and within the optimal time frame.

  Ensure the delivery of goods purchased as well as liaise with vendors to resolve any logistics related issues.
 
 
  Check that any initiated requests for procurements are in line with the approved unit budgets (or are approved) or facilitate the approval process.
 
 
  Document transactions on the material accounting system and ensure proper controls and approvals are in place.
 
 
  Document a transparent purchase ordering process for aviation spare parts and capital items including requisitions and approvals. Take help from Purchase Manual of QP if needed.
 
 
  Respond to RFQ&rsquo;s from MRO and ensure quotes are sent within agreed timeframes. Place back to back orders on OEM&rsquo;s on receipt of PO&rsquo;s from MRO. Conduct follow ups on orders are carried out and parts are received and arranged for dispatches.
 
 
  Receive delivery of float bags/life rafts for inspection/repair. Co-ordinate with Safety Shop for due completion of work involved. Organize/co-ordinate shipment back to customer.
