</li><li>Resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues
</li><li>Maintain shipment, logistics, and cost records
</li><li>Support finance in PO&ndash;GR&ndash;Invoice matching and validation

Requirements 
<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics coordination (mandatory)
</li><li>Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo 18 required; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
</li><li>Strong understanding of import/export and logistics processes (mandatory)
</li><li>Strong Excel skills and excellent English communication (mandatory)
</li><li>Hands-on experience in procurement cycle (POs, suppliers, delivery tracking)
</li><li>Exposure to accounting processes (AP, invoice validation, reconciliation, costing) is a plus
</li><li>Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or have previous KSA experience (mandatory)
</li><li>Experience in trading or logistics industries strongly preferred
</li><li>Availability to join within 2&ndash;3 weeks
</li><li>Arabic is a plus</li></ul>
