Job Summary:<ul><li>
The Logistics Procurement Compliance Analyst is primarily accountable for administering and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Procedure 6:32 &ndash; Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence (Anti-Bribery). Given the global scope of Global Logistics Procurement, the program currently oversees due diligence for over 200 TPI entities annually. A new tool is going to be implemented in November for processing TPIs, so we will need to update our processes accordingly. It is critical to evolve this role to proactively engage with category teams. This includes reinforcing adherence to Purchasing Practices and Enterprise Procedures, particularly in the event of updates or policy changes. Expanding the role&rsquo;s scope will help maintain compliance rigor, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support enterprise-wide integrity standards.</li></ul>

The Distribution Logistics Analyst is responsible for planning Aftermarket parts for New Product Introductions (NPI).  This role is responsible for Distribution and Logistics operations for Turkiye. Reporting to Sr Director Distribution &amp; Logistics for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, this role will manage DC operations for Turkiye including support for inbound logistics and customs. Main KPIs for this role are Service Levels, OTFR (Ontime Fulfillment Rate), Cost Metrices, and 3PL management/relationships.
 
 
 Other deliverables include 3PL management, developing a professional and accountable DC team through 3PL, and managing on-time and accurate deliveries (transportation) to customers in Turkiye.
 
 
 This role is responsible for building strong working relationships with commercial, planning, finance, order management, IT, and trade compliance teams to grow business and drive continuous improvement agenda.
 
 
 
 About The Job
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Plan, organize, and control processes and systems for distribution network, and implement robust supply chain practices to deliver excellent and responsive service to the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and drive operational excellence at DC, and for inbound/outbound logistics flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for delivery and year-to-year improvement of business results: financial, service, and employee engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with local and regional team members to track monthly and quarterly targets, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics vendor strategies: new vendor identification, review, negotiations, and selection to meet company's distribution and logistics outsourcing needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continual measurement of vendors&rsquo; service standards and productivity levels to ensure that vendors are meeting agreed targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for working on annual DC and logistics operations budget and track and oversee these to ensure that cost performance is within budget as well as delivering on a cost reduction schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with inside and outside organizations to bring leading edge technology, tools, and systems to improve productivity and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance to the 3PL distribution and logistics team. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are communicated and completed. Influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver on our commitments and leverage distribution and logistics capabilities to drive profitable growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage analytics and new technologies to make faster, data-based decisions to drive productivity.
 </li>

 Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives, in alignment with organizational priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage workload and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery of results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other departments or teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synergies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolving conflicts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate departmental updates, progress, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

 Reporting Structure
 
 
 
 Reports to Sr Director D&amp;L AMA based in Hong Kong. The role requires extensive collaboration, reporting, and engagement with local stakeholders including commercial leads, finance, planning, Order Management, logistics, trade compliance, and other cross functional partners.
 
 
 Location and Travel Requirements:
 
 
 Hybrid office environment. Position will require domestic travel to DCs, 3PLs, suppliers, and customers, with some international travel expected (1-2 times a year).
 
 
 Job requires the following physical activities: domestic and international travel, use of computer.
 
 
 
 Education/Experience
 
 
 
 
 About You

 University degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years work experience in distribution and logistics, preferably with a multinational in retail industry.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Knowledge of key distribution and logistics processes with up-to-date knowledge of technology and current best practices.
