<b>What will you need to be successful?

</li><li>Successful history of large, multi-disciplinary project leadership in a MedTech / medical devices environment, including experience developing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and Medical Device Data Systems (MDDS), IOT solutions, or complex electromechanical systems such as robotics. Familiarity with FDA regulations and processes is preferred.
</li><li>Cloud / Hosted SW project management experience is desirable as is a technical background in such systems. Experience with solutions of this type in the regulated medical field is a strong plus.

   Communicate with program participants and schedule meetings as requested by Director.

   Communicate and support logistics for guest chefs, lecturers, and visitors to Academy.

   Assist Director with inventory management, product sourcing, and budgets.
  </li>

   Assist Director with training material development and recipe management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide translation support verbally and written as requested if applicable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain database of training participants, performance evaluation and achievements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain training summary reports, monthly board reports and program assessments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  </li>

  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in office management or a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   3&ndash;4 years of overall professional experience, 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar role
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid knowledge of administrative coordination and office operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office &ndash; Word, Excel, Power Point &amp; Outlook).
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  </li>
