Key responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform distribution/product management tasks according to established policy and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Perform highly standardized work using established processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform review of distribution, component modification and equipment related documentation.</li>
<li>Identify, troubleshoot, and document problems that may influence the quality or completion of shipping and component manufacturing.</li>
<li>Perform distribution procedures according to established policy and SOP.</li>
<li>Perform review of distribution, component modification and equipment related documentation.</li>
<li>Perform and document quality control, calibration and maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Identify, troubleshoot, and document problems that may influence the quality or completion of shipping and component manufacturing.</li>
<li>Assist with writing, review, and evaluation of SOPs.</li>
<li>Assist with validation of new equipment and processes.</li>
<li>Maintain regular attendance and availability.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of LifeServe Blood Center donor, employee, financial, and proprietary records and information at all times.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Execute tasks effectively in a highly regulated environment.</li>
<li>Driving responsibilities due to nature of product delivery.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li>
<li>One year of previous experience in product delivery preferred.</li>
<li>Current driver's license and motor vehicle report meeting insurability requirements required.</li>
<li>A requirement of this position is the ability to report to the Aberdeen facility within 30 minutes during on-call hours.</li>
<li>Working knowledge and experience working on a computer system required.</li></ul><br>
