Market Engagement and Collaboration<ul><li>
Engage with key external stakeholders including Business Partners (distributors, wholesale companies), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Clinicians, and relevant Healthcare stakeholders.</li><li>
Represent the marketing group on local and global cross-functional teams, driving innovation and market penetration.</li><li>
Foster strong collaboration with diverse internal functions such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Finance, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach.</li><li>
Organize and conduct training programs for the sales team on product specifications, marketing strategies, and competition.</li><li>
Initiate and drive marketing campaigns/activities (e.g. digital marketing approaches, scientific event participation/representation)</li></ul>
Product and Service Management<ul><li>
Manage the product's full lifecycle, including understanding the needs for and overseeing services like call center operations that support patient use products.</li><li>
Co-create and implement customized solutions, including managing e-commerce systems, to meet defined business and patient outcomes.</li><li>
Drive process improvements to deliver higher productivity and efficiency within the portfolio management.</li><li>
Apply B2B and B2C experience to effectively market products that serve both healthcare professionals and end-patients.</li><li>
Involve/contribute to forecasting, demand management processes.</li><li>
Demonstrate qualities of Creativity, Collaboration, Coaching, and Contribution in day-to-day work.</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Business in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business Administration).</li><li>
Previous experience in Marketing within the Healthcare (pharmaceutical or diagnostics) sector is important.</li><li>
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.</li><li>
Proven ability to build relationships, trust, and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders (KOLs, Business Partners, Leadership Team).</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills are important.</li><li>
At least an upper-intermediate level of English (both written and verbal) to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise and with global/regional teams.</li><li>
Demonstrated Growth Mindset and entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>
Having a driving license and being willing to travel.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous experience in Marketing is highly preferred.</li><li>
Understanding of e-commerce systems and B2B/B2C marketing dynamics is a plus.</li></ul><div>
