Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will execute launches, enablement, and campaigns for <i>Snorkel&rsquo;s core product and offering initiatives</i>. <li><b>GTM execution: </b>Execute new product and offering launches end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through asset development, enablement, and post-launch iteration, in close partnership with Product, Research, and Sales.</li>

In this position, you will play a critical role focused on creating awareness, driving growth, and managing content in support of our ETF product line. You will operate both strategically and tactically, working cross-functionally with internal marketing colleagues, sales, product, investments and compliance to amplify product messaging across distribution channels.<br>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Create compelling marketing messaging supporting our ETF lineup that resonates with financial advisors and other target audiences. Apply messaging to marketing collateral that supports the lifecycle from awareness through consideration and purchase.</li><li>Maintain a suite of marketing materials that support the lifecycle. Ensure collateral is updated on a regular cadence. This will involve working with stakeholders across investments, product, marketing and compliance.</li><li>Establish connectivity across stakeholder teams to ensure marketing materials are effective. Establish metrics, measure results and use the results to make recommendations to enhance product specific marketing initiatives/programs.</li><li>Design, develop and execute implementation plan for complex product marketing programs/initiatives that support our ETF capabilities. Partner with internal or external partners to ensure execution of projects is on-time, and within budget.</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity of messaging. These teams will include Paid Media, Thought Leadership, and Digital along with external resources.</li></ul><br>

Required Qualifications</b><ul><li><p>
 3-5 years of financial services marketing experience, including experience marketing ETFs to financial advisors</p></li><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent in a related field</p></li><li><p>
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
</p></li><li><p>Ability to take ambiguous or conceptual ideas and turn them into tactical campaigns</p></li><li><p>

Base Pay Salary</b></p><p></p>
The estimated base salary for this role is $94,000- $129,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.   Under the direction of the VP of Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager for Fragrance will drive Go-to-Market strategy, and execution of global marketing plans for the Fragrance portfolio in the Retail &amp; Travel Retail channels of distribution. The position will lead the pipeline development and go-to-market process (liaising with Trade Marketing and other cross-functional) for all Moroccanoil Fragrance related products.

   Develop marketing programs and product launch strategies considering positioning and concept; COG analysis, copy and pricing;

   Assist with the Fragrance portfolio strategy and product innovation, identifying white space opportunities for growth in line with brand strategy;

   Partners closely with Product Development on product concept, positioning, development, all testing and claims, and communication of technologies and benefits;

   Lead the promotional strategy and cross-promotional support for Fragrance including reanimation plans;

   Liaise with cross functional teams in support of on-time product launch execution (Product Development, Packaging, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Legal/Tech Reg., Finance and Creative);

   Partner with Creative and outside agencies on packaging and campaign development and execution;

   Help develop and maintain all product information files. Handle all incoming requests for marketing-related information and assets as it pertains to assigned categories;

   Assist in development and execution of Global specific program launch plans for all retail channels in close partnership with broader cross functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Social Media, Education, Digital, etc.);

   Manage and distribute brand marketing program calendars;
