Job Overview:
 
Reporting to the Commercial Product Support Manager, this position is responsible for supporting end customers (equipment owners) and Retail Channel Partners within a multi-brand compressor product support structure. The role regularly includes parts identification, documentation request fulfillment, troubleshooting, warranty administration, and fulfillment of general post-sales requests for (but not limited to) the following commercial products and their ancillary equipment:

The Premium Services Representative (PSR) provides an exceptional level of personalized service for United&rsquo;s premium customers including but not exclusive to Global Services members, United Club Customers, Polaris Customers, and key high-value customers during day-of-travel. Duties align with United's Core4 values and help to drive a peace of mind for these customers&rsquo; travel experience. Qualifications</h2><div>
What&rsquo;s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):<ul><li>
High school diploma, GED or equivalent</li><li>
Strong Customer Service, hospitality, or equivalent experience</li><li>
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies specific to Premium Services</li><li>
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with all customers including VIPs, CEOs and other top-level executives</li><li>
Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well lift and handle baggage, bend to reach low locks, ability to use escalators, elevators, and ascend and descend stairs</li><li>
Basic skills in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel</li><li>
Must be flexible to work any shift during a 24/7 work week including nights, weekends and holidays</li><li>
Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging</li><li>
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship</li><li>
Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards</li><li>
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship</li><li>
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification</li><li>
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position</li></ul>
