Role Purpose Statement</b></h2>

<p><b>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</b></p>
<p>
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., allowing time for pre-shift planning before the 7:00 a.m. startup meeting and participation in an end-of-shift review. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support production demands.</p>
<p><b>
Required Education and Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.</li>
<li>Equivalent combination of education and hands-on manufacturing leadership experience will also be considered.</li>
<li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing management, or operations leadership preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) or similar mechanical assembly/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and production process optimization is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Advanced education, such as an MBA or master's in operations/engineering, is a plus but not required.</li>

Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.

Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills</p></li><li><p>
