Production Quality Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from approved designs.</li><li>Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports and quality records.</li></ul>3. Site Quality Supervision<ul><li>Conduct site inspections during installation of exhibition stands and signage works.</li><li>Ensure installation aligns with approved drawings and brand guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with Project and Production teams to rectify site issues promptly.</li></ul>4. Process Improvement &amp; Standardization<ul><li>Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance in production.</li><li>Recommend process improvements to reduce rework and material wastage.</li><li>Support implementation of lean practices and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Conduct internal quality audits periodically.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain quality inspection checklists and compliance documentation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company quality standards and client requirements.</li><li>Support ISO documentation and internal/external audits (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li></ul>6. Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, and Project teams.</li><li>Review shop drawings and production files before fabrication.</li><li>Provide feedback to designers and production supervisors on quality improvements.</li><li>Support client inspections and approvals when required.</li></ul>7.
