We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to perform integrated well reviews for gas reservoirs, with a strong focus on hydraulic fracturing and stimulation. The role involves evaluating well performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing actionable plans to enhance production.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct integrated well reviews in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (geology, reservoir, and production).</li>
<li>Analyze historical and current well performance to identify issues and optimization opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop practical action plans and maintain an action/opportunity register to track progress.</li>
<li>Mature production enhancement opportunities and prepare well intervention proposals.</li>
<li>Plan and execute surveillance activities (well testing, sampling, PLTs, surveys).</li>
<li>Coordinate with field development, drilling, and operations teams to ensure effective execution.</li>
<li>Prepare and present reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.</li>
