Job Description 
Summary of Position
The Production Material Handler is responsible for moving our finished goods and raw materials both inside and outside the plant. This person will be expected to operate both sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move items to their staging areas and appropriate areas. In addition to this, Material Handlers will be expected to prep materials for use by production including unwrapping, unloading and unboxing raw materials from pallets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely Unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment following proper procedures.</li><li>
Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Assist with wrapping and strapping finished goods.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal material requests in a timely manner.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.</li><li>
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

<div><div><div>Position Overview: The Material Handler maintains production and distribution of product by pulling order from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished product.</div><div><div> 
Position Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Utilize SAP accurately and exhibit practical knowledge of inventory transactions and record keeping requirements.</li><li>
Move freight and/or stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, production areas, and work centers via motorized and/or mechanical equipment such as: jacks, trucks, and lifts.</li><li>
Locate, maintain, and document all inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock or at work centers as required.</li><li>

Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading merchandise as required.</li><li>
