What You Will Be Doing 
 
As the Production Operations Manager you will be responsible for steering cost, quality and schedule performance while leading a diverse manufacturing workforce. 
 
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead cost, quality, and schedule performance for Pike County Operations.</li><li>
Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of subordinate staff.</li><li>
Manage multiple manufacturing functional areas including machining, assembly, tool &amp; die, and packaging.</li><li>
Develop and execute work assignments, salary structures, and recognition/disciplinary actions.</li><li>

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
