Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Oversee and manage client incidents, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively, and ensure that incident reports are completed accurately and on time.</li>

<li>Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.</li>

Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor, APCC, ACSW or AMFT, required.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorder.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must have and maintain a valid California driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.</li>

The CDL Program Director provides subject matter expertise and actively participates in curriculum development, revision, and implementation process. As the subject matter expert in a particular program, the CDL Program Director provides product knowledge training to the Account management group, utilizing materials generated via the centralized curriculum development process. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.<br>
