The YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking a Data Analyst who will support the Research, Evaluation &amp; Strategy (RES) and the Center for Community Impact (CCI) departments with data management and reporting across the YMCA of Greater New York. As an expert in impact measurement and reporting, with a focus on program evaluation, the Data Analyst will provide insight and analytical support to inform key business decisions within operations, fund development, marketing, and finance. This work will require excellent analytical skills to support the establishment of baseline metrics, long-term development, and monitoring of impact and accountability measures. Key Responsibilities: 
 
Data Analytics &amp; Program Evaluation<ul><li>
Analyze output, outcome, and impact data across all CCI and YMCA program initiatives, producing clear, actionable reports tailored to diverse audiences.</li><li>
Assist in the development and refinement of logic models, theories of change, and evaluation frameworks for YMCA and CCI programs.</li><li>

Support the development of new survey instruments, including pilots, testing, and documentation.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to ensure a fully executed survey schedule.</li></ul> 
Data Quality, Governance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Perform routine data quality checks across program databases and the swim‑tracking application, identifying issues and collaborating with staff to resolve them.</li><li>
Maintain and update data expectations, reporting guides, and documentation to ensure consistent data collection and interpretation.</li></ul> 
Cross‑Team Collaboration &amp; Capacity Building<ul><li>
Collaborate with program teams, RES, and CCI departments to understand data needs, refine metrics, and support evaluation activities.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special events to support organizational learning and alignment.</li></ul>

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr. Statistical Forecast Analyst position is responsible for the development of The Home Depot sales forecast at the Store/SKU level. With input from the appropriate Replenishment Analysts, they establish Store/SKU clustering, Seasonal selling profiles and exception reporting criteria for their assigned product categories. They will make appropriate adjustments as dictated by forecast accuracy. The Sr. Statistical Forecast Analyst will work collaboratively with the Replenishment Analysts in reviewing and resolving the forecast exceptions and ensuring the business strategies are appropriately implemented and maintained in the system. They will be required to interpret data based on specific statistical criteria and to synthesize the findings from the analysis. Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous experience with demand forecasting or supply chain replenishment in an environment with high numbers of store/sku records. Prior experience leading teams and/or managing projects.</li><li>
Advanced computer skills to retrieve, manipulate, analyze and interpret large amounts of data. Experience with MS Office Excel and Access.</li><li>
Prior experience using Teradata DCM forecasting software, or a similar advanced demand forecasting tool.</li><li>
Proficient in business process evaluation and procedure development; demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all tools, processes, methodologies and standards for requirements gathering, documentation and analysis.</li><li>
Masters Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management or Economics.</li></ul>
