The Marine Scheduler is a customer facing role with responsibilities for managing the incoming and outgoing product receipts from all sources and product types based on customer demand and storage capability. The marine facilities receive product 24/7/365 from a potential of five different sources &ndash; rail car, truck rack, barge/ship, pipeline, and tank-to-tank transfers within the facility.
The Marine Scheduler will identify potential timing conflicts with assets that overlap and react accordingly to mitigate the situation in the least impactful way possible. Schedulers rotate an on-call responsibility for 24/7/365 service to accommodate real time changes. Correct, real time decisions are needed daily that can have significant financial impacts to both the customer(s) and ONEOK. The Master Schedule is the program&rsquo;s most powerful management tool and when properly maintained, a healthy schedule can be used to influence program decisions and actions.
The Military Production Program Planner works with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity in alignment with government and company standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS. We are seeking a critical thinker, with expertise in scheduling best practices and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.
What You Will Do:<ul><li>

The Nursing Scheduler/Central Supply plays a critical role in supporting nursing operations by ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate scheduling and payroll documentation. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON), Human Resources, and facility leadership.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Create, maintain, and post monthly nursing staff schedules</li><li>
Track and post schedule changes; approve shift trades as delegated by the DON</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals</li><li>
Coordinate daily with Human Resources to ensure attendance policies are applied consistently and timely</li><li>
Provide accurate staffing, vacancy, agency usage, and productivity reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management team</li><li>
Prepare and submit complete and accurate payroll reports on a timely basis</li><li>
Verify employment data and conduct background checks on applicants as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Previous nursing scheduler experience required</li><li>

What you will do:
This position will be responsible for the scheduling and optimization of service work. The scheduler will have the responsibility of ensuring all customer commitments are met regarding service delivery. Will also handle some billing and on hold resolution.
How you will do it:<ul><li>
Utilize the automated scheduler functionality in Oracle (ACE) and assign the service call to the optimal technician based on skills, territories, customer preferred technician (if applicable), availability of the technician, service contract response time, criticality of the call and proximity to the customer.</li><li>
Communicate and resolve issues with customers and personnel regarding the scheduling of service repair work. Alert management of potential problems resulting from customer or field complaints and work to resolve.</li><li>
Measure branch activity and compliance with program initiatives, identify areas that require improvement, and develop and implement action plans with branch/region management. Monitor effectiveness and take corrective actions as required.</li><li>
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize scheduling backorders in addition to tracking and resolving customer issues. Reassign work as needed to manage customer's expectations making judgements based on current workloads and priorities.</li><li>
Monitor Technician activity and schedules ensuring that customer commitments are met, clearly communicate status changes back to the customer regarding early or late anticipated arrivals.</li><li>

What we look for:
Required<ul><li>
3-5 years of strong customer service background</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li><li>
Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>
Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator, very helpful.</li><li>
Strong MS Office skills, specifically with Excel</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Associates or Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred</li><li>
Experience working in a SimplexGrinnell District</li><li>
Use of ACE/Oracle systems preferred</li><li>
Product knowledge of life safety (fire alarm &amp; sprinkler) equipment preferred</li><li>
Prior work experience with scheduling, billing and on-hold resolution very helpful.</li></ul>
