<div>Your Role: 
Supervise and provide peer leadership during food packing shifts at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). Make operational decisions and serve as the person in charge in the absence of management. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Starting pay is $22.10 per hour.</li><li>
Regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week, subject to site staffing needs. Initially scheduled for a combination of weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays. Occasional Sunday and holiday availability required.</li><li>

Supervise food packing operations during scheduled shifts. Delegate tasks and ensure that operations run according to FMSC policies and procedures from setup to cleanup.

In the absence of management, serve as the primary authority on food quality and safety issues, compliance, questions and emergencies. Complete PIC training, CPR and first aid training.
</li><li>Assist with audits from the FDA or other regulatory authority as needed.</li><li>
Create an impactful and dynamic volunteer experience. Tell volunteers about our mission and invite them to volunteer again. Provide exceptional hospitality. Warmly greet volunteers, create a great first impression, answer questions, authentically thank them and express how important their contribution is to FMSC.
</li><li>Give large group presentations that include food impact stories and information about FMSC.</li><li>
Ask volunteers to donate. Share how volunteers can invest in feeding kids with their time, finances and prayers.
</li><li>Promote campaigns, events and MarketPlace&trade; items based on each volunteer&rsquo;s unique interests.
</li><li>Orchestrate packing sessions. Anticipate needs, think ahead, troubleshoot problems and be flexible with the unpredictability of a volunteer workforce. Clean, track production, direct volunteers, palletize boxes and move pallets using a pallet jack. Lead a Christian prayer over the packaged food and invite volunteers to join.
</li><li>Maintain a clean and food-safe facility: do laundry and clean floors, dishes and bathrooms several times per day.</li><li>
Uphold food safety, food quality, volunteer safety and personnel safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance.
</li><li>Act as a backup for the Warehouse Specialist. Move product using a powered forklift (training provided), as needed.</li><li>
Lead site-level initiatives and a small committee in a designated focus area. (Up to 20% of your work time.)

About the Role:

The Supervisor of Staff (&quot;Supervisor&quot;) is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Stages (&quot;Division&quot;) Division. The Supervisor under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of Stages using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs. The Supervisor coordinates team functions and community activities to enhance the quality of treatment consumers receive and ensure compliance with company goals. The Supervisor has administrative oversight of the team including financial, resource and facilities management. Additionally, the Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.

Program Description: Stages is an Acute Treatment Unit whose goal is to reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization, either by facilitating the step-down transition from inpatient level of care, providing treatment to those in need of involuntary hospitalization, or by providing treatment to individuals experiencing worsening mental health symptoms that are not yet severe enough to warrant involuntary hospitalization. Stages' integrated treatment team works closely with other Community Reach Center programs, as well as other community stakeholders, to collaboratively identify individuals experiencing these needs and provide individualized and group-based services, medication monitoring, and care management as clinically indicated.

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers.</li>
<li>Collects data to report back to the state around how the team is functioning, and how consumers on the team are progressing in treatment.</li>
<li>Identify, implement, and monitor customer services standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs, in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Provides oversight regarding the compliance and standards of care concerning all licensing, accrediting and oversight agencies that are consistent with the peer program, as well as organizational goals.</li>
<li>Trains and evaluates staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.</li>
<li>Participates in the selection process for internal and external candidates for program staff.</li>
<li>Conducts timely audits to ensure compliance with Community Reach Center goals, policies, state, and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation</li>
<li>Provides direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence-based practice models on location and in the community.</li>
<li>Completes performance evaluations and provide appropriate coaching and counseling to ensure all employees perform at satisfactory levels, identify where discipline is appropriate.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field</li>
<li>LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required</li>
<li>1+ years of experience working with psychiatric rehabilitation model</li>
<li>2+ years of experience as a supervisor, general performance coaching, and cultivating a learning environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with state and local policy issues regarding mental health, and/or substance abuse.</li>
