</ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Structural Engineering from an accredited university, master's degree in Business Administration will be a plus.</li>
<li>Minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Control with hands-on expertise on scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.</li>

 How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

 Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for offshore O&amp;G projects involving process platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress, identify deviations from baseline schedules, and propose/implement corrective actions
 </li>

 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project milestones
 </li>

 Perform schedule risk analysis and maintain risk registers
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports

 Support contract change management, claims preparation, and delay analysis
 </li>

 Participate in project close-out, lessons learned, and feedback to relevant departments

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of construction projects.
