Qualifications and competencies<ul><li>

Experience in Renewable energy industry</li><li>

Missions/Main Duties:

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will report to the Cost/QS Manager and will be responsible for providing accurate cost management and financial assessments throughout the lifecycle of the blue line high-speed rail project in Egypt. This role involves valuation and certification of completed work, cost estimation, and regular cost reporting to ensure efficient project delivery within budgetary constraints. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project stakeholders, including the client and contractors, to manage project costs and resolve commercial issues.</div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement: 
Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for various components of the high-speed rail project, including alignment earthworks, culverts, bridges, buildings (earthworks, structures and architecture) and MEPF. Interim Payment Applications (IPAs):
