POSITION DEFINITION:</b><br>

The Construction Program Leader reports to the Capital Construction Manager who is accountable for the delivery and completion of capital projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and capability to obtain buy-in.</li><li>
Demonstrate leadership and collaboration abilities in multiple business, complex cross functional and multicultural environment.</li><li>
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Leadership and conflict management abilities to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving high quality project.</li><li>
High attention to detail to ensure thorough quality assessments and documentation.</li><li>
Demonstrate proactivity approach to continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>
Ability to execute on challenging time constraints, prioritize, and manage indirect resources in a matrix organization.</li><li>
Expertise in QMS, quality control &amp; assurance principles and methodologies (Root cause Analysis, Fishbone, 8D etc.) and proficiency in quality management tools and software.</li><li>
Expertise in risk management, customer relationship and project management and auditing.</li><li>
Expertise in management of customer project financial (project P&amp;L) and project execution quality fundamentals (change, supplier, contractor and requirement management).</li><li>
General technical knowledge in engineering and manufacturing.</li><li>
Green Belt or Black Belt certification.</li><li>
Quality Management (e.g. ISO standards).</li></ul><div><b>
