Assist with project management of larger projects you are involved in by facilitating good communication and flow of information as project works through the design, procurement, routing and shop processes. Establish a culture of open communication and innovative problem-solving with a positive attitude. May have other duties assigned or required.</li></ul><p><b>YOUR EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li><b>Knowledge: </b>High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in a role such as Manufacturing Estimator, Project Estimator, Estimator / Buyer, Fabrication Estimator, Estimating &amp; Procurement Manager, or similar role. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or industrial estimating/sales required.</li><li><b>Skills:</b> Must be a self-starter and able to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in reading, analyzing, and understanding technical specifications, drawing, bills of material, and process specifications, quality documentation, and associated documentation. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Technology proficiency, including using a computer, tablet, Microsoft Office Suite, and managing files and records electronically. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures. Able to use basic measuring tools. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems; experience with Fulcrum is a plus.</li><li><b>Ability:</b> <b>This position is onsite at our Fremont, NE location.</b> A drug screen and background check are required.
