Prior experience or a strong understanding of the Project Manager role is also preferred.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field is preferred.</li><li>Project Specifications: Expert-level ability to interpret detailed civil, structural, and pipe drawings alongside geotechnical and LiDAR reports to accurately assess rock formations and excavation conditions.</li><li>Systems &amp; Software: Strong proficiency using AGTEK, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and functions).</li><li>Mindset: A disciplined self-starter who takes ownership, thrives under deadline pressure, and excels in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Location: Ability to work in-office full-time at either the Smyrna, GA or Savannah, GA office location.
