The Business Manager will be one of the senior members of the management team led by the Project Manager that is responsible for direction and management of the project.

Required Experience</b></p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Strong background in finance and accounting, ideally in construction, design-build, or contract-based industries</p></li>
<li><p>
Familiarity with Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting and project-based financial reporting</p></li>
<li><p>
Experience managing or mentoring accounting/finance teams</p></li>
<li><p>
Demonstrated ability in FP&amp;A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling</p></li>
<li><p>
Exposure to M&amp;A activities such as due diligence, integration, or transaction support is a plus</p></li>
<li><p>
Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles</p></li>
<li><p>
Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel</p></li>
