 The Project Management Officer (PMO) will coordinate and oversee strategic, operational and transformation projects across the company, reporting directly to the CHRO. Although positioned within the HR function, this role will ensure project governance, discipline and methodological alignment across all departments and regions.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead and manage company-wide projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MIS or a related discipline
 
 
 &bull; 8&ndash;10 years of professional experience in PMO, project management, business transformation or operational excellence
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies; PMP certification is a significant advantage
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
