 Analyze Earned Value (EV) trends and produce regular forecasts of EV performance and issues for Project Manager review.

 Coordinate with billing and finance teams to review/document accounts receivable, time sheets for the period and other expenses as required and provide support where required.

 This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and performance monitoring. To ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 Project Planning and Scheduling

 Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project Directors and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement project controls methodologies to ensure accurate and achievable project timelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Monitoring &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement systems to track and monitor project performance against established baselines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze project metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines or budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with project teams to implement them.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Resource Allocation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure resource availability aligns with project requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting and Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and distribute regular project control reports to communicate project status, progress, and forecasted outcomes.
 </li>

 Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

 Assess and analyze the impact of changes to project scope and schedule.
 </li>

 Collaborate with project managers to implement change orders as needed.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 5 to 7 years of experience in planning, scheduling with at least 5 years in Power industry, with relevant exposure to CCGTs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in spoken and written in English.
 </li>
