Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project.</li><li>

Requirements:

                 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and teams on-site.
                 <li>

Bonaventure is seeking an experienced <b>Construction Superintendent</b> to provide onsite management and coordination and/or assist the Construction Manager in multi-family and residential construction projects.</p>
<p>
Bonaventure is a vertically integrated company that develops, designs, constructs and operates &ldquo;state-of-the-art&rdquo; senior living and multi-family communities.</p>
<p>
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the timely completion of the project in accordance with plans, specifications and local building codes. The superintendent&rsquo;s role is to coordinate all phases of the construction of a multi-family community. Occasional residential project supervision may be required.</p><br>

Duties and Qualifications for this Position:</b></p>
