</b></p><p>A Superintendent (E9) is the primary jobsite supervisor with operational responsibility for employees involved in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on small- to mid-sized ground up projects or tenant-finish projects where complex coordination of multiple subordinate supervisors and crews is required.</p>

Position Details</b></p>

<li>Oversee and manage all electrical production and related craft workers on electrical construction projects.</li>

<li>Lay out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons. Coordinate with project manager so that material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower are in the proper place in a timely fashion.</li>

<li>Interface with representatives of the General Contractor/Owner on day-to-day project scheduling and overall performance issues.</li>
<li>Provide general supervision to subordinate foremen engaged in the installation of electrical feeders; equipment such as pumps, motors, and generators; control and distribution apparatus such as switch gears, relays, and circuit breaker panels; lighting fixtures and outlets; and related connections and terminations.</li>
<li>Monitor work as performed. Direct subordinate supervisors and crews and schedule work according to the pace of the job and other trades.</li>
<li>Handle or oversee the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as daily reports, time sheets/tickets, safety reports, etc.</li>
<li>Assume responsibility for overall project safety performance. Ensure compliance with all Southland safety processes and protocols. Ensure employees are properly trained or instructed in the performance of duties to which assigned. Investigate or assist in investigating and reporting any accident or safety incident involving jobsite employees.</li>

Qualifications</b></div><br>

Minimum 5-7 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, calibration, and experience with pneumatic controls.</li><li>
Knowledge of Automated Logic commissioning tools and field circuit debugging skills preferred.</li><li>
Understanding of the construction industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields.</li><li>
Abile to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, WebCTRL, AutoCad, various operating systems.</li><li>
Proven track record of completing jobs on schedule, being self-motivated and achieving full customer satisfaction.</li></ul><div>

Our BAS Technicians must be self-motivated and have superior decision making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. They must also be skilled at planning, scheduling, and meeting deadlines. Our technician positions require excellent customer service and client relations skills.</div><div>

Compensation Range: 90K to 130K depending on experience</div><div>
