Assistant Project Manager

<p>The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant will be to assist their assigned department in the administrative process and completion of installation projects. This position provides support thru administrative tasks such as project document downloading, data entry, document filing, review of project requirements and documents including contract administration, submission of documents to project partners, accurate record keeping, billing, and historical documentation.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities: <i>Commercial Department</i></p><p><b>Pre-Bid Document Preparation</b></p><p><b>i. </b>Retrieve, Download and File Project Information for Bid</p><p>_ <b>ii. </b>_Review &amp; prepare information required for the project &amp; accurately communicate information through documentation to Estimators</p><p><i><b>iii. </b></i>Prepare Bid Documents for Estimators</p><p><b>Contracts</b></p><p><b>i. </b>Scope of Work Review</p><p><b>ii. </b>Review Plans, Specs and Addenda</p><p><b>iii. </b>Work Closely with Contract Administrator and General Contractor to resolve any possible issues</p><p><b>Project Documentation</b></p><p><b>i. </b>Review, Prepare, Submit, File any necessary documents in relation to contracted projects.</p><p><b>Billing</b></p><p><b>i. </b>Review &amp; Confirm project progress, Prepare &amp; Submit Accurate Billings per contract requirements.</p><p><b>Other Duties as Assigned including but not limited to:</b></p><p><b>i. </b>Provides on-going assistance with data entry, document maintenance, filing, copying, and documentation to all commercial department team members.</p><p><b>ii. </b>Utilize software management tools to maintain all project documentation.</p><p><b>Knowledge and Skills Required:</b></p><p><b>1. </b>Use of Windows based platforms and applications</p><p><b>2. </b>Organization skills</p><p><b>3. </b>Detail Oriented</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
