Job Description 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our site team on a large residential development, in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the project during the post-contract phase, ensuring cost-effectiveness and contractual compliance.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage post-contract commercial activities across the project.</li><li>
Review and assess contractor interim payment applications and prepare recommendations for certification.</li><li>
Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims in line with contract terms.</li><li>
Monitor project budgets and prepare monthly cost reports for the client or management.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and local regulations.</li><li>
Liaise with project managers, design consultants, and contractors on commercial and contractual matters.</li><li>
Provide cost advice on potential design or construction changes during project delivery.</li><li>
