Job Description
As a Catastrophe Field Property Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in inspecting properties damaged by various perils, including wind, hail, water, lightning, fire, and more. Expect to travel up to 90% of the time to perform inspections anywhere in the United States including overnight travel. Your daily tasks will include driving to properties, conducting inspections, evaluating policies and endorsements for coverage, preparing estimates in the Xactimate program, and settling claims on site with customers. Compensation<ul><li>
$80,100 - $97,900/year; depending on experience</li><li>
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance</li></ul>

Individual will work in the field, office, body shop, network shop, or service center environment and at time be expected to lift, bend stretch, walk, crouch, twist and/or lay on floor.</li><li>
Exposure to fumes, dust and odors from chemicals/solvents typically found in body shops.</li><li>
Must be able to move and/or lift 20 lbs.</li><li>
Involves standing and walking around the room to monitor work (e.g., training).</li><li>
Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom).</li><li>
Involves frequent driving.</li><li>
Required to climb, balance, stoop, crouch and crawl.</li></ul>
