Davies North America is seeking an experienced <b>Multi-Line</b> <b>Field Adjuster </b>who will be responsible for handling a mix of property and liability field assignments, including inspections, scene investigations, damage documentation, and claim reporting across multiple lines in <b>NY, NJ, </b>and<b> PA</b>. You will handle residential and commercial property losses, including inspections, scope review, damage assessment, estimate support, and related file documentation. You will also be responsible for handling liability and casualty-related field investigations, including scene inspections, statements, liability development, field documentation, and support for bodily injury or general liability claim handling.<br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for a field professional who can investigate losses, inspect sites, document findings, evaluate damages and exposures, and communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, carriers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, professional communication, and the ability to manage field assignments efficiently and accurately.

<b>Compensation:</b> This is a 100% commission‑based role with earnings paid at <b>42% commission</b>, supported by a<b> bi-weekly draw of $1500.00</b>.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for assigned claims</li>
<li>Inspect property, structures, vehicles, equipment, or accident scenes as required by assignment</li>
<li>Document damages, conditions, causation indicators, and other relevant findings through notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams</li>
<li>Evaluate loss facts and support investigation of coverage, liability, damages, and exposure</li>
<li>Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, witnesses, or other involved parties when needed</li>
<li>Prepare timely, accurate, and well-documented reports for clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Coordinate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, vendors, attorneys, and other claim participants as needed</li>
<li>Maintain complete file documentation in accordance with company standards, client instructions, and regulatory expectations</li>
<li>Escalate complex issues, large-loss exposures, litigation indicators, or specialty claim concerns appropriately</li>
<li>Manage field assignments within service expectations, turnaround times, and quality standards</li>

<li>Active adjuster license(s) as required by New York, New Jersey, or other assigned jurisdictions</li>

<li>Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Comfort using claims platforms, mobile documentation tools, and estimating/reporting systems</li>
<li>Experience handling field claims in property, liability, or both</li>

As a Catastrophe Field Property Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in inspecting properties damaged by various perils, including wind, hail, water, lightning, fire, and more. Expect to travel up to 90% of the time to perform inspections anywhere in the United States including overnight travel. Your daily tasks will include driving to properties, conducting inspections, evaluating policies and endorsements for coverage, preparing estimates in the Xactimate program, and settling claims on site with customers. This role follows a 10-day on and 4-day off schedule, with 12-hour workdays throughout the year.
