</li></ul>Operational Coordination &amp; Real Property Analyst Responsibilities Include:
<ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and synchronization across REMD branches, including space buildouts, tenant space renovations, personnel relocations, and real property leasing activities.
</li><li>Support delegation and coordination of day-to-day operations, promoting effective collaboration across REMD functions.
</li><li>Develop, implement, and regularly update a comprehensive REMD communications plan that enhances clarity and identifies effective communication strategies, platforms, and technologies for disseminating real estate-related information to diverse audiences.
</li><li>Analyze, interpret, and integrate facility-related data into multiple formats, including graphs, tables, databases, spreadsheets, executive presentations, and TSA iShare/SharePoint web content; identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated information.
</li><li>Aggregate and synthesize TSA real property portfolio data to produce actionable insights for field personnel and leadership decision-making.
</li><li>Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational transparency and informed resource planning.
</li><li>Support all DHS-mandated real property reporting requirements, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required reports.
</li><li>Facilitate REMD participation in DHS real property working groups, supporting approximately 24&ndash;30 reporting engagements and meetings annually.
</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of submitted real property data in alignment with DHS standards and federal reporting requirements.

</li></ul>Operational Coordination &amp; Real Property Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum of 5&ndash;8 years of experience in operational coordination, real property management, facilities planning, or federal program support.
</li><li>Experience supporting federal real property reporting requirements and interagency working groups preferred.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data aggregation, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, databases).
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing communications plans and executive-level reporting materials.
