Support nightly trash and recycling valet routes across apartment communities each evening. You'll monitor routes and provide on-site support to Valet Porters, stepping in to perform collection duties when coverage is needed. You'll collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents' doors and transport materials to onsite dumpsters, chutes, or compactors. You'll inspect recycling for contamination, ensure proper separation, and check in/out while documenting your route using a mobile app. Issuing courtesy compliance notices, uploading required photos, and cleaning up loose trash near dumpsters and compactor areas are all part of the role. You'll also assist with training new team members, completing quality audits, and occasionally servicing pet waste stations.</p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do As A Part-Time Night Valet Trash Porter :</b></p><p>
Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite.</p><p>
Work 5 nights a week.</p><p>
Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM -11:00 PM.</p><p>
Part time, 2-3 hours per evening.</p>
Requirements:

A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is REQUIRED for the job.</b></p><p>
Ability to follow policies and safety procedures.</p><p>
A smart phone.</p><p>
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.</p><p>
