<b>What you’ll do:</b> Lead the sizing/underwriting/presentation of CBRE’s multifamily bridge loan program through interaction with Producers, Borrowers, Legal, Investors and CBRE’s internal loan committee. Prepare underwriting submissions ensuring internal credit quality and investor compliance. Prepare borrower credit analysis including determination of net worth, liquidity, overall financial strength, experience owning multifamily assets and acceptability of proposed borrower structure. Evaluate the risk involved with issuing short-term loans for multifamily properties. Assess the property's worth, including its current market value and potential After Repair Value (ARV). Examine the property's ability to generate sufficient income to cover loan payments and other expenses, often through discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling. Act as primary liaison between loan producer, investor, legal counsel, and closing officer throughout the underwriting process. Perform property and market level due diligence, review third party reports and legal documents to ensure compliance with internal credit tolerances as well as investor requirements. Present loan transaction details to CBRE's loan committee for approval. Active participant in developing analysts and other underwriters on our team. Ensure all required documentation is in order and the loan complies with the applicable regulations and guidelines. Other related tasks include processing incoming exhibits and preparing final delivery of investor packages. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Position Salary and Benefits</b></p><p>
 The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $165,000 depending on actual experience, skillset, and location. In addition to base salary, full-time N2G employees are also eligible for bonus potential. Job Description</h2>

The Credit Products Underwriter II - Corporate is primarily responsible for underwriting complex financial transactions, including the financing of investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, and LBOs/acquisitions. In addition, the Credit Products Underwriter is responsible for providing product and industry expertise to the client by designing and executing solutions on more complex clients. The CPU will have client facing responsibilities, providing the necessary consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client. The majority of the CPUs time will be balanced between analysis of clients, design and execution of deals, and joint client calls with RMs to provide advice. The Credit Products Underwriter II will partner with the RMs to assist in generating revenue and profitability.</div>

How You'll Spend Your Time</h2>

<li>You will participate in joint calling on prospects and clients with the Relationship Managers to gather key information for proper credit analysis.</li>
<li>You will write all commitment reports for specified loans and be responsible for expanding and retaining your credit portfolio.</li>
