Our practice is owned by Dr. Jesse McClelland, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a special interest in adult ADD / ADHD.</p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Psychiatry Northwest is looking for an experienced Psychiatric-Physician Assistant (MSPA-C) to join our team of MDs, PAs, ARNPs, and psychotherapists. Accepted applicants will have the opportunity to build their own panel of patients but also develop skills in recognizing and treating adult ADHD, and treatment-resistant depression. The successful applicant will demonstrate high proficiency in psychiatric assessment, psychotropic medication management, written and oral communication, coordination of care, EMR charting, problem-solving, teamwork, and crisis intervention. Your practice team will be led by board-certified Psychiatrist, Dr. Jesse McClelland.</p><p><b>Treatment Technology: </b>Our comprehensive practice includes objective diagnosis and treatment monitoring of ADHD primarily utilizing the QbTest &ndash; only a handful of Washington practices offer this FDA-cleared diagnostic tool from Sweden. For special populations, we also offer the option to take the TOVA Test for further diagnostic clarity. We also offer appropriate clients genetic testing to ascertain their ideal medication regimen through pharmacogenetic testing.
