<p><b>Education:</b> Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</p>
<p><b>Required Training and Experience</b>:
</p><p>Must possess previous fighter experience within last <b>8</b> years in AV-8, A-10, F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22A, F-35 or compatible aircraft as an instructor (&ldquo;K&rdquo; prefix) for fighter MDSs only and/or a qualified contract instructor within the preceding two years on any of the above aircraft. Individuals with previous MTC instructor experience will be evaluated on a case by case basis predicated on airframe and compatible mission type.</p>
<p>Must possess a minimum of 500 hours in aircraft listed above.</p>
<p>Must have completed Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent at any time prior to employment or within six months of employment.</p>
<p>Must be a graduate of AF Advanced Instrument School (AIS), IAW AFMAN 11-210.</p>

   Prepare and deliver operator&rsquo;s courses and technical evaluations to GMC technicians.

   Utilise coaching and remedial training methods as required to ensure the highest possible graduation rate and test scores.

   Serve as a primary and alternate instructor for workshop and classroom presentations.

   Practise time management in all facets of training.

   Ensure all equipment, supplies and computers are accounted for and properly maintained.

   Develop, maintain and continually improve instructional material including lesson plans, handouts and PowerPoint presentations.

   Attend conferences, workshops, demonstrations and training/education programs as directed in order to stay abreast of current trends in instructional techniques and training technology.

   A degree in a relevant subject area is required, a Bachelor&rsquo;s is preferred.

   Graduate of a recognised school or military training program in combat vehicles is preferred.

   A minimum of four years of experience as an instructor in logistics/general subjects is required.
  </li>
  <li>
   A minimum of two years of military experience is an advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience applying the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) is an advantage.

  <li>
   Excellent writing skills with aptitude in preparing studies, briefings or doctrinal literature on a subject matter is an advantage.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Assist the Lead Instructor in providing Information Technology instruction to class populations of varying sizes in the Resident, online, and/or hybrid academic delivery methodologies, as assigned.</p></li><li><p>
Using various communication tools such as phone, chat, email, text, video, or in-person, verbally, and in writing, coach and advise students one-on-one to achieve academic, attendance, and certification success.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure assigned student cohorts meet academic performance and attendance standards to successfully pass each class and achieve standards at evaluation periods.</p></li><li><p>
Support the Lead Instructor in managing the certification progress of students, including tutoring students, issuing Golden Tickets, helping students schedule for exams, and following up with students on exam outcomes.</p></li><li><p>
Respond timely and accurately to student questions and concerns.</p></li><li><p>
Document all student issues and communication.</p></li><li><p>
Actively manage the support of student tutoring and assistance in the campus or online Flex rooms, as assigned, including opening and closing the Flex room in the online environment.</p></li><li><p>
Work with the Lead Instructor to plan, prepare, and deliver curriculum and instructional activities to provide students with an outstanding academic and training experience during each class session that prepares students to take their certification exams.</p></li><li><p>
Work with the Lead Instructor to establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities, per the published syllabus.</p></li><li><p>
Use relevant technology to support instruction.</p></li><li><p>
