As DP World&rsquo;s communications function has scaled and channel-led strategies have been established for senior leaders, there is a growing need to ensure these activities are anchored in clear strategic thought leadership and executive positioning, tailored to each Global C-suite leader while remaining fully aligned to the company&rsquo;s overarching corporate strategy.

<ul><li>Develops and executes strategic public affairs and marketing plans to strengthen the organization&rsquo;s presence across markets and campuses
</li><li>Partners with service line leaders and local executives to understand growth priorities and develop targeted marketing initiatives that increase awareness of key programs and services
</li><li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with community partners, civic organizations, advocacy groups, schools, and local leaders
</li><li>Monitors local issues and emerging trends that may impact the hospital&rsquo;s reputation or community standing
</li><li>Develops high-quality content for local media, social platforms, community communications, and internal stakeholders
</li><li>Works closely with enterprise marketing, public affairs, digital, clinical, and operational teams to ensure alignment across markets
</li></ul></div><div>Skills &amp; Requirements
 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing/advertising, journalism or related field required
</li><li>8 years of experience in public affairs, marketing, media relations or community engagement experience required
</li><li>Healthcare, nonprofit or academic medicine experience preferred
