Monitors publication contracts, rights agreements, and permissions, working with other departments as appropriate. Tracks budgets and expenditures for each publication project. Serves as the primary liaison between museum staff and external publishers. Facilitates communication between departments to ensure alignment on publication goals. Represents the museum&rsquo;s interests in co-publication and distribution agreements in collaboration with other departments as appropriate. Check in and log incoming publications</li><li>
Manage and track subscriptions</li><li>
Process sent-in publications (scan, distribute, file, and track to prevent loss)</li><li>
Organize deliveries and incoming materials</li><li>
Periodically purge outdated magazines and newspapers</li></ul><p><b>
Sales Support</b></p><ul><li>
Assist with internal sales requests</li><li>
Communicate clearly with sales representatives regarding requests or issues</li><li>
Ensure materials are handled accurately and promptly</li></ul><p><b>
