Job Summary
The Procurement Analyst supports the Procurement organization across all ZOLL ACT sites by delivering data-driven insights that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, supply continuity, and inventory visibility. This role partners closely with Purchasing, Direct Materials Sourcing, Cost Reduction, Supplier Quality Engineering, to transform procurement and operational data into actionable insights, standardized reporting, and process improvements.
This position plays a key role in supporting procurement operations, enhancing data visibility, improving reporting capabilities, and helping drive better business decisions across the organization.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Develop, maintain, and improve procurement dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across all ZOLL ACT sites</li><li>

The annual salary for this position is:
$90,000.00 to $110,000.00

About the Role
 
The successful Procurement Analyst supports the stocking and or drop ship procurement processes and relationships with all stakeholders to effectively support sales and Product Marketing revenue and profit objectives. Additionally, this role manages and protects the inventory assets of the company to minimize inventory related financial exposure such as low turn products, aging issues, excess stocking levels, days of stock, etc and aligns with PM to execute on plans and methods to achieve high customer (internal and external) and vendor satisfaction relative to inventory and asset management.
 
Salary: $57,800/yr.
 Shift 8am-5pm
 
What Youll Do
 
<ul>
<li>Analyze, evaluate, and collaborate with PM on buy opportunities offered by vendors and those beyond regular run rate buys to optimize financial benefit</li>
<li>Effectively manage inventory to achieve overall department objectives for on-hand inventory, days of supply and aged stock. Collaborate with PM on action plan to mitigate risk, manage excess, constraints, and low turn</li>
<li>Negotiate exceptional returns to address excess and other terms as required</li>
<li>Manage dropship billing for timely and accurate revenue recognition</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to vendor T’s and C’s to mitigate risk to TD SYNNEX</li>
<li>Minimize price protection exposure of on-hand inventories. Resolve PO dispute and shipment discrepancies with no financial impact to the company.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement improvements resulting from vendor scorecard review</li>
<li>Prepare for SIOP review</li>
<li>Escalation for internal and external customers</li>
<li>UAT testing for system enhancements and new hire training</li>
</ul>
What Were Looking For
 
Experience: 
3–5 years of relevant work experience
 
Education: 
Bachelor’s degree
 
Skills Abilities:

<li>Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary</li>
<li>Proficient in operating standard office equipment and performing accurate data entry</li>
<li>Strong basic math skills with demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Clear and effective communication in English and local languages, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact effectively with management</li>
<li>Skilled in negotiation and presenting ideas persuasively</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly to change and work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to others’ needs</li>
<li>Quick learner with the ability to master new systems and use advanced computer applications</li>
