 Assistant Manager of International Operations
 
 who will report directly to the
 
 International Sales, Operations and Business Development Manager
 
 , to contribute to the effective, efficient, and sustainable management of our company&rsquo;s international operational processes; import operations, and international logistics activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree , preferably from the departments of Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields,
 
 
 &bull; At least 6 years of experience in international operations, logistics, e-import,
 
 
 &bull; Knowledgeable about customs, import, and transportation regulations,
 
 
 &bull; Able to think analytically, with operational planning and process development skills,
 
 
 &bull; Advanced written and verbal English skills,
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in MS Office programs,
 
 
 &bull; Team-oriented, strong in communication, and solution-focused.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; To design the necessary processes to meet all the needs of international operations and ensure the development of business processes,
 
 
 &bull; To follow all operational processes in new point opening processes, including construction, logistics, technical, and purchasing,
 
 
 &bull; To establish and manage all processes of international shipments starting from the exit of the customer&rsquo;s warehouse or supplier to delivery,
 
 
 &bull; To manage import processes in accordance with supplier rules and the relevant provisions of the Customs Law,
 
 
 &bull; To manage the processes of shipments that may be subject to additional charges,
 
 
 &bull; To monitor and control the organization of international operations,
 
 
 &bull; To manage the tracking and approval processes of supplier invoices,
