We envisage success in this role to include;
</div><ul><li><ul><li>Assessing Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner</li><li>
Strong knowledge of precast concrete fabrication processes, including testing, inspections, and quality standards.</li><li>
Experience in conducting material tests, dimensional checks, and inspecting precast components for compliance with design specifications.</li><li>
Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.</li><li>
Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.</li><li>
Familiarity with international quality standards and building codes related to precast concrete (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI).</li><li>

The role shall focus on defect prevention, first-time quality, and successful handover of a hotel facility.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

 Minimum 5 years QA/QC inspection experience.
