Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Conflict resolution and difficult conversation skills, with the ability to lead and effectively resolve disputes with trade contractors/supervisors.</li><li>
Strong ability to coach and mentor.</li><li>
Strong capability for adopting new technology.</li><li>
Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) level II or III certification.</li><li>
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).</li><li>
API (American Petroleum Institute) 510/570/653 inspector preferred.</li><li>
Advanced skills with quality computer applications.</li><li>
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul></div></div></div>

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 to $117,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
