QA QC Manager We are currently hiring QA QC Manager for one of our client in Qatar!!Project details:<ul><li>Duration - 6 Months (Extendable)</li><li>Location - Ras Laffan</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Min 10-15 years expereince in a QA QC position in Oil and Gas sector</li><li>Any Engineering degree or Bachelors degree in related field.</li></ul>Duties &amp; responsibillities: <ul><li>Implement the QA/QC Plan and following quality procedures.</li><li>Safekeeping of all quality manuals, procedures, work instruc&#415;ons, work standards, forms, records and other quality related documents relevant to the project.</li><li>Planning the works required to implement the quality program in line with company quality manual and ISO 9001 requirements.</li><li>Responsible for ISO 9001, 14001 &amp; OHSAS 18001 documenta&#415;on and implementa&#415;on.</li><li>Alloca&#415;ng work to the Quality inspectors.</li><li>Supervision and monitoring of Quality Inspector (their reliability, produc&#415;vity, &#415;me keeping and general discipline) including frequent visits to the opera&#415;onal areas.</li><li>A&#425;end daily and weekly quality mee&#415;ngs to discuss ma&#425;ers of importance.</li><li>Prepara&#415;on of quality data (inspec&#415;on, test audit, and correc&#415;ve ac&#415;on records)</li><li>Maintain accurate and calibrated inspec&#415;on tools and equipment for consistent measurement of opera&#415;on of the inspec&#415;on and tes&#415;ng system.</li><li>Monitor the calibra&#415;on status of inspec&#415;on tools and equipment and coordinate with the concerned for recalibra&#415;on before expiry.</li><li>Assist in Drafting Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project.</li><li>Assist in establishing inspection and test plan (ITP) and ensure it is followed in all business activities.</li><li>Prepare method statements in consultation with QC Manager, Site Engineers and Construction Manager for MEP activities required for the project.</li><li>Prepare check lists for installation and commissioning procedures.</li><li>Control product used in installation through inspection before leaving suppliers premise and after reaching site and through manufacturer&rsquo;s test certificates, maintain files and documents on supplied products.</li><li>Raise work inspection request (WIR) to be executed on a daily basis.</li><li>Witness work inspections and follow up the approval with main contractor or consultant.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of inspection records and results.</li><li>Follow up and close all Non &ndash; Conformance Reports (NCR) raised internally and externally.</li><li>Coordinate with construction managers, site engineers on a periodical basis to meet quality objectives.</li><li>Conduct audits in accordance with the audit schedule</li><li>Support the assessment of suppliers and subcontractors.
