 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Support the Semiconductor Fab Startup in Dholera for Facilities qualification such as Ultra pure water, chemicals and Gases
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Cleanroom qualification by working with Facilities team and Certification teams to certify cleanroom operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Contamination Free Mfg (CFM) team to plan effective and routine monitoring of Cleanroom, Supplies, utilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document all Specs, procedures and ensure Audit compatibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Quality, facilities and Equipment hook up teams to ensure point of connection qualification
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the QRA management for related tasks and plan cross training of the group
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel could be required
 </li>

Join Apple as a Silicon Component Reliability Engineer and work closely with multi-functional groups and third parties to lead introduction and qualification of new products with high quality. 
 
Description 
 
<ul><li>You will drive requirements and execution of products, process and package qualification and reliability stress tests conditions and configurations from design stage all the way to successful qualification completion.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Drive and review Design for Reliability and Design for Test to ensure stress-ability and testability.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Lead all aspects of and ensure adequate preparation for qualification including such as corner skew material, BIB/Socket, waveform, electrical bias, thermal effect, lifetime estimation.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Implement POR of process flows, workmanship standards and supervise product performance.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) to ensure critical goals are reviewed before engineering, pre-production and production release for Product manufacturing.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Drive investigation and resolution on qualification fallouts and product and process nonconformance of MRB, RMA events through means of FA, CAR, 8D, and reporting.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Support PCN or ECN activities.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Conduct supplier audits when needed.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Assess/perform yield analysis and correlation analysis for all levels of test including Pareto building, statistics, etc.</li></ul>

Preferred Qualifications 
 
10+ years of semiconductor engineering in a Reliability and/or Quality/Product Engineering. 
 
Experience with silicon product level reliability qualification and lifetime behavior model. 
 
Prior experience defining hardware setups and equipment for life, environmental, ESD, Latch-Up and other tests. 
 
Validated auditing of supplier sites, materials and processes. 
 
Experience driving suppliers in the areas of silicon Fab process / packaging / assembly, test, ongoing reliability monitoring, post-production qualification. 
 
Familiar with process flows, specifications, and supervising supplier performance (process Cpk, yield, qualification report, etc.) 
 
Possess knowledge on practice of FAI to validate the work suppliers are doing prior to production stage. 
 
Outstanding communication skills. 
 
Minimum Qualifications 
 
BS degree. 
 
Experience with JEDEC reliability and quality related standards.

This role is responsible for leading the qualification, validation, and ongoing management of test equipment and vendor-supplied apparatus for advanced battery test labs. This role ensures robust quality protocols and supplier processes are established, maintained, and continuously improved to support achievement of company product and regulatory standards. The successful candidate applies deep experience in both equipment qualification and quality management to drive excellence in supplier performance, documentation integrity, and equipment compliance.&quot;,&quot;responsibilities&quot;:&quot;This position develops, communicates, and maintains vendor quality protocols, acceptance criteria, and support integrating these standards into RFQs, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Preferred Qualifications 
 
Master&rsquo;s degree, PhD or equivalent job-related experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 
 
8+ years of experience with test equipment qualification or supplier quality management. 
 
Familiarity with electrical, hardware and software integration and ability to evaluate supplier setups, schematics, and system documentation. Working knowledge of electrical schematics, safety standards (UL, IEC, etc.), and instrumentation used in test setups. Basic scripting knowledge in test equipment operations and controls. 
 
Lead efforts to establish and maintain comprehensive vendor quality protocols and acceptance criteria for all test fixtures, systems, and components. 
 
Own and maintain the Master Issues List (MIL) to document and manage all major qualification, test equipment, and supplier-related issues. 
 
Manage FAT/SAT/UAT testing with vendors and oversee qualification documentation review. Skilled in supplier quality management and audits, with a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ASQ quality frameworks. 
 
Develop, execute, and establish robust processes supporting factory and site acceptance testing, ensuring consistent configuration, documentation, and compliance to standards.
