The role aggregates, validates, and analyzes clinical, operational, and regulatory data from multiple sources, supports required OPTN/UNOS submissions, and monitors data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Responsibilities include performing analyses related to SRTR reporting and benchmarking, assisting with chart audits and compliance documentation, translating complex data into clear summaries and visualizations, and partnering with transplant leadership, clinical teams, and IT to enhance reporting capabilities and support performance improvement initiatives. 
Position Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in data analytics, health informatics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field required.</li><li>
Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, or analytics required.</li><li>
Experience working with clinical or electronic medical record data strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience supporting quality improvement or regulated clinical programs preferred.</li><li>
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</li></ul>

Hourly Pay Range: $32.77 - $52.43
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
