Perform audits and visual inspections to ensure printed and inserted materials meet quality and customer specifications.</li><li>
Review job tickets and verify materials, taglines, and sequence numbers for accuracy.</li><li>
Respond to machine quality lights for live divert checks and approve first pieces before full production.</li><li>
Stop production and document any quality defects such as blurry print, missing inserts, or damaged materials.</li><li>
Tag non-conforming products with red HOLD forms and notify appropriate personnel for segregation and review.</li><li>
Complete and follow up on Corrective Action Reports (CARS) and assist with internal and external audit readiness.</li><li>
Verify and record hand-stuff and damage values accurately on QA sheets.</li><li>
Ensure all diverted packages are tracked and reported on Reconciliation Reports.</li><li>
Report quality issues, discrepancies, or procedural gaps to the Quality Assurance Manager or other management.</li><li>

The Quality Assurance Auditor performs multiple internal audits of quality, customer service, productivity and timeliness and reports accurate results within the required time frame. Independently conduct performance studies according to guidelines by gathering, tracking, organizing and analyzing data for multiple quality and timeliness audits.</li><li>
Verify accuracy of results/reports prior to issuing and prior to lead review within the defined timeframes, meeting with management to review results (as appropriate).</li><li>
Measure compliance with internal procedures in conducting audit-the-auditor studies of inbound and outbound calls by following established audit procedures.</li><li>
Provide clear and immediate communication to appropriate members of management regarding non-compliance with performance standards and internal procedures. Proactively identify recurring problems and make recommendations for solutions.</li><li>
Enhance/refine studies and schedules in conjunction with Supervisors/Managers from other departments.</li><li>
Stay abreast of changes in processes, accounts, or procedures that affect audit areas by attending specified meetings, training, or reading communication materials.</li><li>
Provide training when required on approved processes, call standards, and etiquette.</li><li>
Facilitate monthly calibration sessions with appropriate members of management. Recommend changes for improving the quality assurance process.</li></ul><div></div><div>

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $75,400.00 - $188,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). A QA/QC Auditor in Civil Engineering verifies that construction projects and engineering work comply with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>
The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.</p><p></p><p><br>
 Major Responsibilities</p><ul><li>
Manage QA QC audit</li><li>
Prepare the audit report prior to the client submission</li><li>
implement the execution and QHSE plan for the project</li><li>
Assure that the project deliverables have been prepared as per the agreed conditions</li><li>
Ensure project / client requirements are met;</li></ul><p>
Coordinate with the client representative in order to collect the required data</p><p></p><p><br>
Qualification and Experience</p><ul><li>
BSr&rsquo;s in engineering + ISO 9001 lead auditor</li><li>
8+ years proven experience in a QA/QC inspection services</li></ul><p><br>
Skills &amp; Qualities:</p><ul><li>
knowledge of international &amp; SEC standards along with construction, maintenance and material testing procedures</li><li>
