ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Programs &amp; Quality Assurance Coordinator works under the supervision of the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and provides support. The Programs &amp; Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the CPO and Directors with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing calendars, creating purchase orders and expense requests, corresponding with staff and external stakeholders, and planning meetings and events. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>
A wide range of administrative tasks to support the CPO, Directors, and SPY workgroups</li><li>
Lead agency in standardizing charting systems,</li><li>
Create and lead quarterly peer chart audits</li><li>
Work closely with programs&rsquo; leadership team to standardize charting systems and build structure to assure consistent, high quality documentation</li><li>
Lead Performance and Quality Improvement meeting monthly and support program leaders in creating appropriate goals and generating cross-department feedback through training, content review, and appropriate deadlines</li><li>
Provide administrative support and coordination for CPO and Directors</li><li>
Research, compile, prepare and review documentation</li><li>
Support routing referrals from outside partners</li><li>
Manage CPOs email and calendar</li><li>
Conduct onsite and offsite assignments, coordination and purchases</li><li>
 Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and take meeting minutes</li><li>
 Prepare PowerPoint and/or Canva presentations</li><li>
 Support Directors with credit card reconciliation and create check requests</li><li>
 Support with event coordination</li><li>
 Assist with preparing communication materials</li><li>
 Serve as an ambassador of the organization and operate with a high degree of professionalism</li><li>
 Perform administrative work such as scanning, filing, making copies, entering data, etc.</li><li>
 Support CPO with special projects as assigned</li><li>
 Attend meetings and events on behalf of the CPO</li><li>
 Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion</li><li>
 Support administrative onboarding support including making keys, ordering phones, and business cards</li><li>
 Supporting Programs with with office supply ordering and needs coordination</li><li>
 Work closely with Development team for donation support and tracking as needed</li><li>
 Additional duties as assigned to support the organization&rsquo;s mission</li></ul>
Requirements:

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Develpment, or any related field is preferred.</li><li>
High Diploma is required.</li><li>
1-2 years of administrative experience is required.</li><li>
1-2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred.</li><li>
1-2 years of experience working in a non-profit is preferred.</li><li>

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
