The Quality Inspector will inspect work-in-process and final product to ensure that a quality product is being delivered to our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role</h1>
The Technical Quality Assurance Inspector III is responsible for performing inspections of manufacturing goods during and at the completion of the manufacturing process. Advanced certifications in quality assurance or inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician, Certified Quality Engineer, or Certified Quality Inspector).</li><li>
Working towards Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certifications.</li><li>
Proficiency with standard inspection tools and equipment, including hand inspection tools and equipment.</li><li>
Developing statistical process control (SPC) techniques and data analysis.</li><li>
Basic familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and equipment.</li><li>
Experience with quality management software and databases, such as SAP QM or similar.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of electrical testing equipment and techniques, including oscilloscopes and multimeters.</li><li>

Technical Quality Assurance Inspector III (Clearance Required)

<div>The QA Investigation Reviewer is responsible for the independent review and approval of GMP investigations within the Andover biopharma manufacturing facility. This role ensures non-conformances/deviations, OOS/OOTs, and other quality events are thoroughly investigated, and compliant with cGMP regulations, site and global procedures. The position supports product quality, patient safety, and timely batch disposition while partnering with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and QC. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking, clear written communication, and the ability to provide objective QA oversight, including support during regulatory inspections and audits. 
Education/Experience:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
</li><li>Experience in Vault QMS a plus.</li></ul>
