The Data Quality Assurance Lead will be a key member of the T&amp;BE QA team. This role will report to the T&amp;BE Data Quality Assurance Head. Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Strategy<ul><li>
Manage, deliver, and execute the QA mandate and provide oversight to drive consistent and clear QA processes, monitoring, reporting and escalation.</li><li>
Maintain common QA standards, procedures and governance processes to create and maintain consistent and best in class QA protocols.</li><li>

You&rsquo;ll be responsible for leading editorial QA processes, identifying inconsistencies, upholding brand standards, and ensuring content meets our high standards before it reaches our audience.In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, marketing strategists, and compliance specialists to elevate and maintain the editorial quality Colossal is known for.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive editorial QA processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all written content</li><li>Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, tone, style, formatting, and compliance.</li><li>Verify accuracy of names, dates, figures, and campaign-specific details.</li><li>Work closely with the editorial and content teams to enforce house style and tone guidelines</li><li>Perform detailed line edits, fact-checking, and structural evaluations for both short-form and long-form content</li><li>Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to maintain consistency across campaigns, landing pages, emails, ad copy, and product pages</li><li>Act as a final quality checkpoint for outbound content and ensure error-free publishing</li><li>Build and manage an editorial QA checklist to streamline internal workflows</li><li>Provide constructive feedback to writers and help identify areas for improvement</li><li>Monitor editorial trends and identify potential risks or quality gaps prior to publishing</li><li>Train new editorial team members on QA best practices and house style guidelines</li><li>Stay up to date with evolving language usage, content standards, and industry trends</li></ul>Our Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in editing, proofreading, or content quality assurance, preferably in campaign- or marketing-focused environments</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and editorial standards</li><li>Proven ability to refine content for clarity, consistency, and natural engagement</li><li>Experience developing or maintaining editorial style guides and QA checklists</li><li>Familiarity with a wide range of campaign content formats, including social media ads, email, landing pages, press releases, scripts, and video content</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and balancing speed with accuracy</li><li>Experience implementing QA processes and training teams in editorial best practices is a strong plus.</li></ul>Equal Opportunity: Colossal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
